The project imagines Varjak Paw as a miniseries, developing a coherent visual and symbolic identity without creating a full adaptation. Opening and closing sequences, episode symbols, communication materials and merchandise build a consistent visual universe, inspired by the strong imagery of Dave McKean’s illustrations and the book’s narrative structure. The visual language translates its themes of growth and coming of age through essential elements, animation, music and recurring motifs.
