Application procedure

The following procedure is intended for those who are planning or have already been accepted at GB Tiepolo Academy of Fine Arts.

Deadlines

The application deadlines for Erasmus incoming students interested in a mobility at GB Tiepolo Academy of Fine Arts are:
15th June for the autumnal semester*
15th December for the spring semester
*15th May for applicants from Escuela de arte Mateo Inurria (Spain) and LUCA School of Arts (Belgium)

Please notice: we will not accept applications after the given deadline.
Shortly after the confirmed selection by your home Academy/University, a nomination letter signed and stamped by the Institutional Erasmus Coordinator has to be sent to erasmus@accademiatiepolo.it.

Docs for application

Students have to fill the Application form and send it to the Erasmus Office by email (erasmus@accademiatiepolo.it).

The following additional documents are also required:

  • Portfolio
  • CV
  • Motivation letter
  • Transcript of records*

*This document must contain a list of all courses you have taken at your home institution and the grades you have received. Documents must be stamped and signed by officials at your home institution.

Application result

A letter of acceptance will be sent to your Erasmus office within 3 weeks after application has been received. The results will be communicated by e-mail.
